Who we are
K Point Card is a points program run by Circle POS, Inc. (DBA Circle Pay), 97-44 101st Street, Ozone Park, NY 11416 ("Circle," "we," "us") for independent stores that use Circle POS ("member stores"). This policy covers kpointcard.com and K Point Card at member stores.
What we collect
Your mobile number (it is your member card), the name you choose to give, your language, when you joined and agreed to the rules, and your point activity: which member store, when, the purchase amount points were based on, and points earned, used, returned or expired. We do not collect what you bought.
How we use it
To keep your point balance, let you earn and use points at any member store, settle points between member stores, send sign-in codes and, if your points are about to expire, a reminder text, prevent misuse, and answer your questions.
Who sees it
A member store sees your masked name, your balance and your activity at that store only. It does not see what you did at other stores. We use service providers for hosting and text messages. We share information when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
We text you sign-in codes you ask for and, 30 days before points expire, one reminder. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts and HELP for help.
How long we keep it
While you are a member, and afterwards as long as needed for settlement, accounting and legal reasons; then we delete or anonymize it.
Your choices
You can see your balance and activity at kpointcard.com, leave the program at any time, and ask us to delete your information by email. Leaving ends earning and use of points.
Children
K Point Card is not for children under 13.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and keys for each member store's POS. Keep your sign-in codes private.

We will post changes here and update the date above.
